Thanks. Sounds like a very personal reply, which is always good to hear.

Actually i'm not 100% sure that Green Tea can promote bile, but i've also heard the same thing for Lemon juice, Half a squeeze of Lemon juice to near boiling water. I believe the latter to be true, would be nice to have some concrete evidence though.

You mention the glycemic index, i think this is essential to maintaining a balance in Candida overgrowth.

That pretty much covers everything.
