Thanks for your advice. The pain retreated a little yesterday and I had a better night's sleep last night so I'm feeling somewhat less perturbed today. I've decided I'm going to lay off the flushing for a week or two and give my system a well-earned rest. Lisa has recommended vitamin C (actually, my doctor once recommended high dose vit C to me to combat infection) and I'll give that a try too. However, you're right to warn me to take these symptoms seriously. I don't want to be the case in a million who lands up dead because of a trapped stone.
