Well !! I can say that I am not amazed that coffee mate caused you to have an attack. Until last night I was believing that it has zero fat, that is what it says. Then I read the ingredients and it has canola oil. Coffee is the last thing that I kept drinking, that I really enjoy having. I am scared to use half and half in the coffee. I suppose I will have to start drinking it black with maple sugar. I am sure now that my coffee mate wrecked my last flush. I got no stones out at all and this morning had a "blond" mess in the toilet. Do you drink your coffee black?
