I had coffee with coffee mate yesterday. Was having another cup of it and decided to do a liver flush. The container of coffee mate says zero fat. So.....I drank half tablespoon of Epsom Salts in water about 8PM. (I had horrible time with the salts last time) At 10PM I drank the olive oil, chased it with lemon juice. It is now 22 hours later and no stones have passed. I think I blew it with the coffee. I did eat oatmeal,half cup of 2 percent milk and a little maple syrup yesterday about 2 or 3PM. I guess this shows you and I both that if we want successful flushes we had better stick to the directions better!
