I agree with Fil and PTree and have a few more things to say:

It is very naive to think 1 flush a year is a total solution. When I did my first flush - I did not feel "bad things" at all! I was "normal" - healthy, fit... And I was flushing my liver every month for about a year before it was clean.

Mistake#2. Do not flush often! It takes time for intrahepatic stones to travel from inside out. Appropriate time to wait for the flush is from 2 weeks to month.

It is not easy to feel stones movement inside of the liver. The pain could be from the spine through right side of the chest to solar plexus. Active lifestyle is one thing to help you to go through hard times and hot water bottle is often used to relieve pain.

So, take your time and take it easy!
