I have not been feeling well since I started the cortef. I also take gobs of other supplements and started maca and another product at the same time as the cortef so I am going off all things and staying on the cortef to see if it's the cortef. I have been more tired than usual and achy, plus my joints are cracking and ache. I am supposed to get my period and usually my adrenals are weakest at this time so I'm not sure if it's just that and I am also having some allergies from the santa anna winds...I feel like I have candida again or something. Do you suffer with candida? Do you think the hydrocortisone feeds the yeast? I have noticed that my Acne has cleared since the cortef though : )
I am only 30 and feel so old! I have had adrenal problems since I had epstein barr when I was 23 and have been playing around with things to help my thyroid and adrenals since then. My doctor finally had to bring out the big guns and put me on the hydrocortisone because my adrenals were not working at all, they were flat lined. I had a very stressful year last year with a break-up, abusive boss and stressful job, realitive died, car got stolen, purse got stolen and after that my adrenals have not bben the same. I have not been able to work since december! Anyways thanks for all the advice!
