Hi guys.

I now have another problem, i can see the weight is falling off, but the scale is constantly sitting on 70kg (is that normal?) when i can expect it to drop donwn?
also my other problem is now the firming part of it all. i have some loose skin that needs to be tightened up. what can i possibly do?
