Good luck on your flush Oleg! Thanks for the tip about chilli pepper. I might do the slow way next time and try that (I haven't done it for a while). I've just been trying to psyche myself into drinking the straight oil again! Do you take 2 cups of oil? Also, have you stuck with the grapeseed oil or have you gone back to olive oil?
