I disagree with you, Mikey! You did see stones at the end and the flush was worth it!

Also I found it's hard to keep flushing every 2 weeks in long terms. I'd rather do it monthly.

As for the rules - I did it many times with no regards to the recomendations, after my "normal" 6pm meals (for those days) - so far all wokred for me 50-100g of stones every time.

Perhaps it's more important to think positive, get into active life style, use hot water bottle. And I really like "slow" way.
