Hi gang,

It seems I am heck-bent on proving every one of the rules for flushing. I did a 6th flush last nite (yay!), but during the day I forgot I was going to do the flush and I ate a fatty meal (vegetable soup with a LOT of avocado!).

Well, rather than abort the flush, I thought, heck, why not? So I did it, but man, what a terrible experience!

First off, the laxative mixture made me sick to my stomach (more on that later), and I attribute that partially at least to having eaten the fatty food.

Then, the olive oil/grapefruit mixture tasted absolutely DISGUSTING this time, whereas in the past it actually tasted somewhat pleasant to me...I think my stomach was upset due to all fatty food during the day along with the oo/gfj mixture.

Finally, if that weren't enough, I got lously results. Only about 50-75 stones, pea sized and a few the size of 2 peas stuck together. All in all, not a good flush AT ALL!

Clearly, the rules are there for a reason. This boy will NOT be flushing again without making sure to abstain from fatty foods on the day of the flush. :( A day lost, a flush lost, feeling run down weak and tired and lousy, for almost NOTHIN'!!!!

Also, a side note, the magnesium citrate I used this time didn't work out. I used the powder form, as I have in the past. This was a new bottle, dumped 4 tbs into 3 cups fresh grapefruit juice as I have done in the past, and instead of mixing up, it clumped up in the bottom of the bottle and stuck together in a gooey, super sticky yucky hard mass that would hardly even blend up in a blender. And it tasted yucky sweet, almost as though there were Sugar in it, but there wasn't, and it was the same brand I used in the past, and it looked totally fine (snow white powder), and the expiration date is in 2007! Last time I used it, it tasted tart and tangy, and mixed up really easily. I have contacted the company to find out if it was bad batch. It was NOW foods, by the way.

Well that's all, just thought to pass on my experience. Love to all!

Mikey
