Well, the Epsom Salt is going to wipe you out. There's no gettng around that. It flushes out your system at a very rapid pace, so that's natural. I don't have an answer regarding the olive oil because I don't have the problem you are describing.

Just keep on flushing! Even if you don't experience a surge of energy, a sense of well being, etc----You are still flushing out gunk that does not need to be there. That's a healthy thing.
