I believe that ACs answer is that NAC increase GSH which may increase Hg output, however the issue with all these and especially NAC is that it may stir up more Lead and Hg then are being chelated.

In short; there is a high possibility of higher urinary excretions while Hg blood levels also increase when used without DMSA...
