hi everyone!
so here i am, at home, on holidays, and with just time and rest enough to fast with success!
So today i'm still having coffee, and ciggies....yeah, i know, this is not good, but...
the plan is to stop ciggies as well while on water :)
i'm kindda sick, have been on and off the last month, coughing lots, so this is a clear sign my body can't handle anymore these poisons!
ah yeah, and before i forget, thanks a lot for all your answers, really pleased me to read that we will be several on same journey, this defenetely makes a huge difference!!
So voilà, i'm french, in France, so difference in time where most of u are and where i am but this is cool :)
I wanna move towards my higher potential, have had enough getting myself lower from time to time, either smoking or eating too much and badly..
I need a big and good change!
I am 35 years old and i've been doing same mistakes again and again to move forward now, if i didnt i would really feel myself a fool and this i dont feel like!...deserving better!
I wanna achieve more clarity in my mind, more peace in my heart, more good vibes and energy in my body...:)))
here it is for now, so today day 1 and till next thursday at night, we will drink pure clear water, isnt that magical?! :))))))))
Our skin too will get so much clearer, brighter....only great results!
Only hic....have an appointment at the dentist on monday, really need to scrub my tongue before going, and drink some hot water with fresh mint leaves...so that he can still stand with my mouth opened..... ;)
If anyone has any advice for the bad breath, welcome!!!!!!
