Based on my experience: I tried several otc creams as well as different things from the health food store (but none of the suggestions you got) a few years ago before I knew of this site. I eventually went on lamisil and.. maybe 3-4 weeks later my liver was killing me! I stopped taking it and went to my dr. and got liver checked - which was all good, thank God! My toenails eventually cleared up without doing anything else to them, but I was very scared about my liver for awhile. (I've never had liver problems before). I would try the suggestions before taking those toxins. Also, you may or may not know- make sure you're tub or shower is kept very clean.
