I don't like the scalar values, better just stick with HCs frqs out of the book.
But the CAFL stuff is good too, however the HC frqs are lowered using scalar harmonics and IMO since the F165 can easily handle HC frqs you are better off using those. One easy reference is the NCFL:

Also sweeps are best since for some of these the juveniles are much more dangerous than the adults...
