Just having a look in here and if you click on the FAQ at top of page, the above question is not answered.

I know its a pound a day, more at the start and so on. Don't know about the inches though, I think people are all different

Anyone got any comments to make or good posts to link to? Maybe I will try and answer it by knocking something together, and include pounds, kilos, inches, centimeters and so on.
