I actually did a coffee enema a few hours before I drank the oil/grapefruit potion. All got better though after I got up in the morning and got moving. As long as I kept walking around the house while I drank the Epsom Salts the nausea subsided (and lots of burps in between). It did take until noon though to start getting any action in the bathroom.
