Everything is going well for me. I have plenty of energy and no detox symptoms. My longest fast was 27 days. As long as I get plenty of sleep I feel fine. I'm resting as much as possible while working during the week. My weight is down to 198 from 231.
I'm going to try to keep the weight off this time so I can try to fast to completion or natural hunger next spring or fall. If I fast 60 days this time I won't be at a low enough weight for that to happen.
