I might get flack for what I say...LOL...I think you are partly correct. BUT not entirely. The BIGGEST problem is the abandonment of the ENTIRE FAMILY! I am a white american mid thirties woman. And I don't understand it. I don't understand why ..the american people for instance, want to leave home at a young age or have this idea instilled in their heads and struggle alone for the rest of their lives. Sometimes starving eating cereal for dinner. Where is all the family?..(split off in all different directions, in all different states..struggling to make it with no family there to cheer them on, support or help out. In other countries the grandparents play a pivotal role in taking care of their children's children. But we alienate everyone who wants to stick around and help out.. We ignore the old relatives and kick the young ones out of the house and say GO FLY LIL ONES!!! that's the majority of americans. So they are all broke, sick, depressed and tired. THe families who are successful stay together. ALL of them..Young and old ...etc etc... all living in the same home helping everyone out. The Kennedy Family rings a bell. Some of the MOST powerful richest families in the world run their families like an organization that STAYS together. Why do you think they are wealthy? What is wrong with your grown children staying at home for the good of the family. But yet we all make fun of that. If you want to be successful in this world ..You MUST keep your family close or fail miserably. I have 2 boys. And I have instilled in them stay home, go to college and we will work this life out TOGETHER. Who knows maybe we will have a really big house and all their kids and wives etc etc will all live together like the tv show dallas. That's the way it should be really. DIVIDED WE FALL! I will not sit idly by watching my children struggle, suffer and fail. Just because the american society says so.
OH and as for your mother nurterer comment? yes that is true, HOWEVER! men have done a terrible job running things while we are at home taking care of the kids. In fact, Not to put men down, but every time i do business with men versus their female counterpart. THe men are lazy and slow and BS their way through and do a half ass job. While the women are hard working , thorough and are willing to get the best job done for you. hmmm.. I am starting to think office duties are NOT for men at all.
Those are just my 2 cents. I believe we need way more balance in this world. ANd women have sat still long enough letting men make a mess of things.
Thanks and have a good nite:))
