I'm new to the Beck protocol but in my reading from the last couple weeks, "yes," you hold the magnetic pulser right up to your outer cheek and pulse. However you should NOT do your mouth if you have mercury fillings because it will cause a release of methyl mercury vapors into your body (not a good thing at all).
