I had a bad case of Candida a few years back. I discovered it after taking a series of colonics and dropping all over the counter drugs. I put MSM in powder form in my enema water to heal and restore my intestines. It worked grrrreat!!! I've continued taking regular/weekly enemas and always use MSM in the enema water, mainly for joint, skin and hair health, and also to help maintain alkalainic environment inside my body.
