Extremely informative. You can by 5 min videos showing how to properly give yourself a therapeutic enema. They also have special equipment which help you avoid cramps after enemas. I can tell you one thing...if you are experiencing cramps in the abdomen after enemas it is bcuz you're taking the enema too fast, and you're not massaging the abdomen during the intake of water.
