If I only had fruit and fruit juice on the day of the fast or if I "sipped" coke, my blood Sugar would fall so low that I wouldn't be able to stand! I've done both of my flushes without the juices for that reason. Then when it gets time to take the grapefruit juice, my body is not overwhelmed and can tolerate it. The day after the cleanse I eat vegetarian soup/broth or miso-seaweed soup. (Whenever my blood Sugar starts to fall, I eat a handful of seaweed). Doing a 3rd flush next week during the waning moon...
