Hi Zoebess, thank you for your response and encouragement. I will try those products if I get the money to buy them. Are there any herbs/teas that might help?

Also, I have a very high tolerance for alcohol and I don't think that lack of tolerance is what caused my problem. I cut out alcohol almost immediately when this problem started and the symptoms continue and worsen. I think it may have been that I just happened to be drinking when it happened, or the "straw that broke the camels back".

I'm very in tune with my body, and know that I can handle alcohol, just as I know something is very wrong right now. My diet wasn't perfect before this either and I indulged in a lot of excessively spicy foods. The amount of alcohol I drank was extreme only a few days leading to this, but I also suffer from lack of sleep and a touch of insomnia (up right now at 5:22 AM).

I am trying to believe that it can be turned around, but it seems like a very daunting task. Some new symptoms have been showing up since the anti-biotics such as globules of mucous that smell very foul and can sometimes appear orange/yellow, almost like "tonsil stones" (white specks on tonsils too).
