hey sniffs , how are you going?
the coated tongue is just a sign your digestive system is not working properly so it could be caused by stomach acid imbalances , pancreatic insuffiencies (not enough digestive enzymes being created etc) or just eating things your body does not digest well.

you will find that coated tongue is MUCH more prevalent than white fuzz at the back of throat/on tonsils!
