I read some of this forum and saw that Utopia-Silver was highly recommended, it has a sale on now on CS but I am so broke I can't partake of it, do they have these sales often?
So I buy say 2 8oz bottles, (is plastic bottle ok) and swish w/ 1 tblspn 3x a day till I am out of CS? I guess?
