Mycoplasma needs to be rifed monthly, but I find that once GSH levels are back to normal this is less an issue. GSH is your primary defense agains myco and prions, which is why I keep telling everyone to preserve their GSH by using a real chelator.

You can add Brucella to this as well since Brucella splits into a mycoplasma and bacterial plasmids, at least one matches Bartonella.
DNA is worth it for this, specifically the ones for the weaponized Brucella suis...
