I agree. I did loads of cleansing over the years, and although I am positive it was necessary, by itself did nothing to change the candida overgrowth I had. It's only been in the past few years that I am getting well ( since overloading my body with good bacteria ).
Sad most people's mentality is that there is a quick fix, ie, one source thing to fix you. I can't tell you how many have asked me why I can't go to the doctor and 'get something' to fix my health. Drives me nuts. Who do you know that was healed by using this approach? They are just masking symptoms ( pharma meds I mean ).

Off topic a bit...sorry :-). But tackling a sick body requires a massive amount of work and patience.
