hahaha spit test is a scam and urealible every one has candida in their spit test lol i did a proper stool test and blood i dont have it threelac invented that spit test its alot of rubbish most people are tested on here for candida by stools or blood tests if the diet helps u you most prob have it it didnt help me and i ever got die off just got nausea gas stomach pain because of gallstones
