The best Olive-Oil I've found is pressed in Napa Valley California and is called Bariani Olive Oil. Each bottle is dated with when the olives were pressed and a second date is listed indicating when the oil was bottled. The Bariani oil I just purchased was bottle in October 2002. It is also 100% certified organic.
