Depends on what the brain fog is caused by.
A lot of people have mentioned improvements but initially it may worsen with pathogen die off and toxin release into the blood.
MMS is an oxidant whether as chlorite or chlorine dioxide and an approprate amount of oxidation could be beneficial but too much is not
