What kind of diet are people mantaining in between cleanses to prevent future stones from forming? I am largely raw vegan but not entirely and am concerned about preventing stones from developing again. This past weekend, for hte first ime in a long time I ate apple pie, ice cream and coffee. Stone food, right? Thanks CAT
