Hi Bella,

I remember you writing before about the issues that you had with your daughter's father. I had problems with my son's father but for different reasons, but I'm sure there are similar aspects too. It can destroy every ounce of energy - I know how you feel.

When you make it to day 3 or 4 of your fast you will feel back in control and hopefully you will see things from a more powerful perspective.

Be strong and keep going! Just remember how powerful you were on day 21 of your last fast.
