Nice video, 10 mins 50 secs, showing how Michel broke his fast on diluted orange juice after 21 days. Also some before and after clips of his body. Certainly looks fit and healthy after 21 days of a water fast, and the loves the taste of his first juice! He fasted for detox and weight loss, and posted questions on Curezone - probably on this forum? Oh and he lost 25 pounds, wihich is roughly a pound a day, fairly much the average for a water fast.
