They came in survival packs and resemble the
large old coffee can size.
Yeah, I had to toss so much stuff it was not
funny. So, after that waste of money, although,
at the time it was a good investment and gave
us piece of mind. Still, way too much went the
way of the dump. Sprouters are also important
to have and you can soak the beans or grains
and just eat them by themselves if absolutely
necessary. We also have hand grinders/mills.
We have some medical supplies...surgical kit
and medicines but again, nothing that would
last forever past the instruments. Ideally,
amping the immune system so it is functioning
well is optimum. I have a good supply of pure
oregano oil, and enough Olive Leaf to last a
while among other herbs but ultimately unless
the markets stay open, those things will be
more difficult to find down the way. Then I
imagine we will revert to older methods and
ways. We have a good collection of the foxfire
books and books on herbs and healing.
