I have a feeling it is something that was like blocking one of my ducts. It is so odd even in it's shape. It also looks like it could have broken off of something longer. But you are right, better out than in. I see that although I have 6 flushes under my belt....both numerically and figureatively...ha, that I have a long, long way to go. I just got back from a lunch/dinner out with a friend and talked her into this experience also. She has many symptoms that this should help...It is so exciting and although you are helping yourself, as you gain confidence you can help others. Good feeling with both options...Thanks, angela
