Definitely flush!! I had my gallbladder removed, and several months later had my first gallstone attack!! If you read sensiblehealth.com by Julia Chang, she describes how having your gallbladder removed is actually worse for you because the bile has a harder time moving out of the liver. I had no problems with my flushes, as far as having a stone get stuck, etc.
