I have a good stock now and I'm ready to experiment. the plan is to take it (dose of 1 - 2 cups/day) consistantly for 3 months. hopefully this will show some changes. actually, I tried this before, but I was taking antiparasitic herbs at the same time which could have effected the probiotics. so this time, only em.

I'll post if anything interesting occurs.
