Actually, chronically dehydrated, I think, for which I'm going to do crystal mineral salts baths...if I can figure out how to get out of the tub, easily.

And slowish liver function, which works well enough but not often enough. Working on liver flushing.

And a few other things.

It's a team effort, inter-connected, inside.
