Your skin probably looked good because of the vit. A in carrot juice. Carrot juice is extremely high in sugar. Even diabetics have to lay off really sweet fruits and veggies. All that Sugar in the diet over the long run is not healthy. Carrot Juice rates no. 1 on the highest food glycemic index.
