Hello Alexandra:)

Bad weather? Oh tell me about it! Here in Scotland about a week ago for the same time was very sunny and nice but now it rains AGAIN! I am off today and it rains plus very windy! Don't like it at all.. But it is Autumn and then Winder is close at hand so I just need somehow to get used to it:)

Feeling like u have got a cold? I read many post here where ppl say the same. So just welcome ur cold coz it is a sign of detox:) So no worries:))

When I was fasting for 10 days I also felt cold but not that often though. Here is a link with my 10 day experience. May be it could be helpful to you to know someones journey and not be afraid that much ;):)
