I hate fasting in the cold weather. That's why I'm fasting now. Last time I fasted in the winter it was a lot worse. I'm in New York city so it's in the high 50's and 60's. Not too bad here.

If you continue the fast you should get over the cold or detox faster than if you stop the fast.
