Hey all!
Its 9 and feeling fine. Compared to my prev fast this is a breeze and I'm happy about that. Yesterday I was down another 2lbs so total of 14lbs I think. Have white tongue. Need check my bp. Thurs I went to gym for 30mins walked slow on treadmill. Will go again tomorrow. Hope everyone doing well
