you can expect to hear from me.. im 16 too. so yea, i think im more congested then other people too.. and dont suspect drinking as a reason if it crossed your mind.. i dont drink and im having big problems with symptoms too.. more then my crazy drinking friends..

but yea, i'll have my results tomorrow probably since im doing it today..

but i can help with one thing, if she is actually having Acne problems there's an entirely new diet she can pick up.. but it involves like everything raw for the first two weeks .. and you can get whatever protein and such you need from the raw egg yolks.. uhh, the site is... www.waisays.com.. everything there is free too.. it works, but it is nearly impossible for me since im polish( i eat a lot of food, especially meat.. ) .. lol
