My gallbladder pain was to the right of my belly button too. I haven't had constipation problems, but every day I have juice with carrot/beet/cucumber/kale/celery/spinach/radish. That keeps things moving.

I did the Hulda Clark gallbladder flush for months before I finally went to have it out. They can see the Gallstones with an ultrasound, in case that is the problem.
