I don't have Parkinson's, but for the last 2 months, I've noticed my mom's head "shaking" when she talks. It also does this when she's watching t.v.. She says she doesn't feel it and doesn't believe she's doing it. My sisters and I are concerned, especially because her brohter has PD. She also says she always feels a "hair" on her face or something crawling on her face (cheek). Could these be signs of PD? If so, is this hereditary?
What can I do now naturally to maybe slow or stop from getting PD?
