Rather than waiting the recommended 2 weeks before doing another flush, I went ahead and did my 2nd one after just over a week. The flush euphoria started to lose its luster and I could feel a nagging dull pain in my liver area. I just assumed it was time to flush again and didn't wait.

This time I turned up the pressure by drinking 3/4 cup of oil and 3/4 of fresh squeezed lemon juice. When I woke up, the dull pain was gone. I was a little disappointed when my first morning trip to the bathroom yielded little, if anything at all.
Later in the morning I got a dozen or so choice items ranging in size from a pea to a marble.
Around noon is when I hit paydirt. I produced a whole lot of gravely chaff (like light-brown cat litter) and a couple of good sized chunks, made of the same material.
One was 4 cm long and elongated as though it had to sqeeze through a bile duct. (Or maybe that's just the way it formed). I'm certain that nasty thing was what was giving me my dull pain while it rolled around and trying to position itself for exit.

At any rate, hopefully I can now wait the recommended 2 to 4 weeks before doing my next flush. It can't be good on your system to drink all that epsom. But, hey, it's far better than a liver transplant. Right?
