forgot about batch # 3 for a 6 weeks or so, sitting in a dark corner of the pantry. Unearthed yesterday, the scoby is HUGE, a good 1/3" thick, cream colored, strong, does not break apart. And the tea was MUCH better, mildly sweet instead of vinegary.
I did not let the first two batches go long enough, I guess.
I think I need to get a couple more containers and set up a rotation because this stuff is really good!
