Karen, those old eating habits ARE very hard to break, I found that out first hand. For the coldness, i enjoy drinking hot water from a mug, just sipping it.

Good job on day 5, best wishes to you. The real fat burn is now to commence! And with that fat burning go the toxins stored within!
