Hi-
I am in the beginning phases of researching estrogen dominance and your post really intrigued me because as I was researching this, I came across the xenoestrogens. I have went around and around in my mind to when my hot flashes began. By the way, I'm 38 and have had menopause symptoms for 3 years. I have fought it all naturally but at times, definitely feel as I'm losing. Anyway, this began during , of course, an extremely stressful time with a child we adopted but I've always been able to handle stress so through more brainstorming, I remembered that it was about 18 mos. after I began to distill my own water. That is how your thread came up when I did a search on estrogen dominance and plastic. So I'm wondering how you are and if you've had any luck? My game plan is to see a couple natural doctors next week. I have come across, in my own research, two things though that I'm going forward with because it feels right- I have started an iodine supplement and I'm also going to find a DIM supplement. I've talked with a few women who have done the DIM supplement and it has really helped. Very curious to hear from you.
